In 2018, Julià Castelló and Pilar Campos opened a new pastry workshop, a facility specializing in the daily, entirely handmade and artisanal production of xuixos.
The daily fresh product coexists with a new product line that, after years of testing and trial, has achieved its optimal result: a top-quality, fully finished fifth-gauge xuixo, for food service professionals, bakers, pastry chefs, specialty shops, and other food establishments, so they can use it to expand their offerings with a xuixo like no other ever made.
